Return Policy
We want you to love what you ordered! If something doesn’t work out, here’s how our return process works:
All online returns must be submitted through our contact form , located at the bottom of this page.
For in store purchases, you have 14 days from the purchase date to return your items.
For online purchases, you have 12 days from the delivery date to submit your return request. You must ship your return within 14 days of delivery.
(It does not need to arrive to us within 14 days—just be in transit.)
We aim to process returns the same day they arrive.
✅ What You Can Return
We happily accept returns on regular-priced items if:
- They’re unworn and unwashed
- All original tags are still attached or they’re in the original packaging/bag
- Shoes are returned in their original box with all packaging
(Please don’t stick the return label directly on the shoe box!)
⏱ Return Timeline
- Request your return within 12 days of delivery
- Mail your return within 14 days of delivery
(It just needs to be shipped within 14 days, it doesn’t have to arrive by then.)
📦 Shipping Your Return
- We offer discounted prepaid return labels, and the cost will be taken from your refund or store credit
- Labels do expire, so please use them quickly
💳 How You’ll Get Your Refund
- Store Credit: Full amount returned, minus the return shipping cost
- Original Payment (PayPal or Credit Card): Full amount refunded, minus the return shipping cost
